Wow. While only our third session, we've doubled in members since our last session! Unsuprisingly, Singapore's clouds were unfavorable towards us, but the Moon and Venus still looked stunning today; best of all, we were able to a lot of our mentors' telescopes on the hands of our first-timers who were new to astronomy!

Our group got to see Venus through a visual telescope Flora had brought, learned how to shoot the moon and stars on smart-telescopes, and learn about mentors' rigs, like Moo's and Nicholas'. Not to mention, two other groups on the field actually came over and checked out Venus through our visual scope!

First session was a blast! Two uncles from Sengkang neighborhood was nice enough to come by to join us, and bring their advanced setups with them. On top of getting a pretty great turnout, an AstroYouth member, Aarav, had his 'First Light,' the Lagoon Nebula!
